By selecting “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any similar phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card information, or engaging in a transaction with us through any means, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to purchase jewelry products from “Seven 24 Jewelry,” the owner of this website (the “Company”). This constitutes a legally binding agreement with the Company, under the following Terms of Purchase:
Clients acknowledge that custom jewelry orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete, excluding weekends and holidays. An initial deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the jewelry, within the 3-week timeframe. We strive to create the custom item as envisioned by the client, using our professional expertise. We are not responsible for any details omitted by the client during the initial consultation.
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to initiate the design process. This deposit will be applied toward the final price of the jewelry. Payments are due on time, regardless of any delays in feedback or other client-related postponements.
No refunds or returns are permitted for custom-made jewelry pieces.
Proper sizing is the Client’s responsibility. A sizing kit may be provided upon request.
Should feedback on the design be required from the Client, any delay in providing this feedback may lead to an adjustment of the delivery schedule.
If the Client chooses not to proceed with the custom jewelry, the non-refundable deposit may be applied toward another product or service offered by Seven 24 Jewelry.
The Company retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the designs created for the Client. The Company reserves the right to photograph the design and final product for promotional purposes unless explicitly revoked by the Client in writing.
The final product will be shipped to the Client’s address upon completion, requiring a signature upon delivery. The jewelry is insured at full value. Any damage or loss reported within 48 hours of delivery will be addressed by the Company, which may involve repair or replacement.
Complimentary repairs are offered for damages occurring within 10 days of purchase, assuming normal wear and tear. The extent of damage and any potential fees are at the Company’s discretion. The guarantee affirms the authenticity of the gold used (10k, 14k, or 18k) but does not cover loss, theft, or damage to center stones.
Rings can be resized on a case-by-case basis for a flat fee of $60.
Payments received after 14 days from the completion date will incur a 5% late fee on the outstanding amount.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA, regardless of the transaction location.
This document represents the full agreement between the parties, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
